Position Overview
The Landscape Crew Member performs essential hands-on landscape maintenance tasks, working alongside crew leaders to deliver high-quality service to commercial client properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Maintenance: Perform mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and general site upkeep
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools
- Teamwork: Collaborate with crew members to complete daily routes efficiently
- Safety: Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Winter Operations: Assist with snow and ice operations during winter events
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with landscape equipment preferred
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work flexible hours during snow events
Schedule + Logistics
- Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (or as directed)
- Location: Silver Spring, MD
- Winter Operations: Overtime and winter schedule flexibility required
