Vice President of Sales – Landscaping & Lawn Care
Location: Texas (Hybrid/Remote with Travel)
Salary: Up to $250,000 Base Salary + Executive Bonus + Long-Term Incentives

We are seeking a proven sales executive capable of developing high-performing teams, winning major national and regional accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's national sales strategy.
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of Business Development Directors and Regional Sales Leaders.
- Drive new business across commercial landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, enhancements, snow services (where applicable), and associated exterior services.
- Build relationships with enterprise clients, property management groups, REITs, healthcare, education, industrial and corporate real estate customers.
- Deliver ambitious revenue and EBITDA growth targets.
- Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional customer delivery and retention.
- Introduce robust sales processes, forecasting, CRM discipline and KPI reporting.
- Represent the business at executive level with customers, investors and strategic partners.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading sales within the commercial landscaping, lawn care or exterior services sector.
- Track record of delivering significant annual revenue growth.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales pipelines.
- Strong leadership experience building and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Executive presence with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to business development.
- Experience selling to large commercial clients, property management companies or national accounts.
