Join our client’s team as a Business Manager to oversee the central hub of office operations, supporting workflow, logistics, communication, and business development. The primary objective of this role is to drive operational success across landscaping and snow operations while managing critical financial and administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations, including document workflows, proposals, mail, shipping, and purchasing records.
- Own full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Payable by processing customer invoicing, collections, vendor invoices, and payments.
- Coordinate snow subcontractors by managing scheduling, payouts, and time and materials entries.
- Support facility and logistics needs, including office and warehouse upkeep, supply inventory, and assisting the Fleet Manager with work orders and equipment repairs.
- Maintain accurate contact records, organization-wide communications, and customer or vendor information.
- Provide operational and event processing support during winter snow operations, requiring scheduling flexibility.
Requirements
- Spoken Spanish fluency is required to successfully support the team, though writing in Spanish is not necessary.
- 4+ years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or office management roles.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is required.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal/written communication skills, including comfort with making outbound calls.
- Ability to work standard in-office hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility required to support winter snow operations outside of normal business hours.
- Previous experience using Aspire software is highly preferred as a strong nice-to-have skill.

- Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.
