Roche Landscaping Services is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee multiple active landscape installation and maintenance projects throughout Maryland and surrounding areas.
This hands-on field leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, enjoys managing crews and schedules, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
· Travel daily between active job sites in a company-provided truck
· Coordinate crews, scheduling, materials, and field logistics
· Monitor project progress, quality, and production timelines
· Read and interpret landscape plans and project specifications
· Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections as needed
· Communicate with clients regarding project updates and expectations
· Attend project meetings and generate field reports
· Maintain safety compliance and company standards on all job sites
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license required
· OSHA 30 preferred
· Landscape, construction, or project management experience preferred
· Knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, irrigation, and plant materials
· Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and computer skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects independently
