We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team in Frederick, Maryland. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys working outdoors, managing crews, and taking pride in producing high-quality work.

Position Responsibilities
· Supervise, train, and lead landscaping crews on residential and commercial projects
· Plan daily schedules and assign tasks efficiently
· Ensure projects meet company quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations
· Communicate professionally with clients regarding project updates and questions
· Inspect and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and company vehicles
· Assist with estimating labor and material needs for projects
· Report project progress and field issues to management
Qualifications
· 3–5 years of hands-on landscaping experience preferred
· Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
· Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and general landscaping practices
· Ability to read plans and efficiently execute projects
· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
