Position Summary
Titan Post Drivers, a division of Kencove Farm Fence, is seeking an experienced, strategic, and growth-oriented Division Manager to lead the overall performance, direction, and expansion of the Titan business unit.
This role is responsible for overseeing division operations, sales growth, market strategy, product positioning, customer experience, team leadership, and financial performance. The Division Manager will lead cross-functional coordination across sales, operations, purchasing, marketing, product development, customer support, and inventory planning while driving continuous improvement, accountability, and long-term business growth.
Titan is entering a phase of operational and commercial growth and is seeking a leader capable of helping scale the business, strengthen operational execution, expand distribution channels, improve customer experience, and support the long-term strategic direction of the division.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, commercial and marketplace insight, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities within the agricultural, fencing, rental, construction, erosion control, and related industries broader contractor, equipment, distribution, construction, manufacturing, and related markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesDivision Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the overall performance and direction of the Titan division
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with company objectives
- Establish division goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Evaluate business performance and implement improvement strategies
- Provide leadership, coaching, accountability, and development for team members
- Foster a collaborative, customerfocused, and resultsoriented culture
Sales & Market Development
- Drive division revenue growth through strategic sales leadership and market expansion
- Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for dealer and distributor channels
- Identify opportunities for new markets, partnerships, and product applications
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand positioning, campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement
- Support key account relationships and highlevel customer interactions
- Use marketplace insight and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product direction
Operations & Supply Chain Management
- Oversee daytoday operational performance, inventory flow, fulfillment coordination, and process efficiency
- Partner with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to improve operational effectiveness and inventory management
- Support forecasting, inventory planning, and vendor coordination
- Ensure operational processes scale effectively with business growth
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows, systems, and customer experience
Financial & Business Management
- Manage division budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Monitor profitability, margins, expenses, and operational efficiency
- Analyze reporting and performance metrics to support strategic decisions
- Allocate resources effectively to support division priorities and growth initiatives
- Present division updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership
Product & Customer Experience
- Collaborate with product development and leadership teams to identify product enhancements and innovation opportunities
- Help prioritize customerdriven improvements and marketresponsive solutions
- Ensure Titan maintains a high standard of customer support, product knowledge, and service responsiveness
- Monitor customer feedback, warranty trends, and service concerns to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive leadership or management experience
- Proven experience leading teams, projects, and operational initiatives
- Strong business, sales, and financial acumen
- Experience developing and executing strategic plans
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, organizational, and decisionmaking skills
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and business software
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in retail supply chain operations, distribution center operations, fulfillment, or inventory management
- Experience with dealer networks, equipment sales, or industrial/agricultural products
- Experience using market analysis and customer insights to drive sales strategy and business growth
- Familiarity with manufacturing, equipment distribution, or operational process improvement
- Experience working crossfunctionally with sales, operations, purchasing, and marketing teams
