Position Overview
We are currently hiring Landscape Laborers, Crew Leaders, and Installers to join our growing team. These roles are responsible for performing a variety of landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks, with increasing levels of responsibility depending on experience and position.
Key Responsibilities
Landscape Laborers:
- Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and planting
- Assist with landscape installations
- Operate basic landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
Landscape Installers:
- Execute landscape design plans including hardscape and softscape installations
- Install pavers, retaining walls, drainage systems, and plant materials
- Operate machinery such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors
- Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
Crew Leaders:
- Lead and supervise a team of laborers and installers on job sites
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient project completion
- Communicate with management and clients as needed
- Train and mentor team members
- Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed at all times
Qualifications
- Prior landscaping or construction experience preferred (required for Crew Leaders and Installers)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred (required for Crew Leaders)
- Leadership and communication skills (for Crew Leader positions)
