Our Production Managers are essential leaders within our Operations team. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple crews, coordinate daily production, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing people and work, coaching teams, and keeping projects moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Daily Planning & Scheduling

Coordinate scheduling with the Operations Manager

Organize materials, supplies, and equipment for crews

Provide work tickets and instructions to Crew Leaders

Close tickets and review costs in Aspire
Field Leadership

Dispatch crews and support them throughout the day

Monitor productivity, quality, and safety on job sites

Ensure fleet, equipment, and uniforms meet company standards

Complete routine reports and documentation

Communicate with clients when needed
Training & Development

Assist with hiring and onboarding field employees

Train Crew Leaders and Crew Members

Support employee growth and skill development
Sales Support

Conduct quality audits and identify enhancement opportunities

Assist with estimating and proposals as needed

Attend client meetings when requested
