TruScape is a growing landscaping and grounds care company serving Western Pennsylvania. We take pride in delivering quality results for every property we touch, and we're looking for Lawn Care Technicians to join our team for the season and beyond.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining a variety of commercial and residential properties to a high standard. Day to day, that means operating zero-turn mowers, push mowers, string trimmers, and blowers across a diverse mix of properties including HOA communities, apartment complexes, industrial sites, and residential lawns. You'll work alongside your crew to complete routes efficiently while keeping quality consistent from the first property to the last.
During the off season, you'll transition into snow and ice management operations, helping keep our commercial and residential properties safe and accessible through the winter months.
No Experience? No Problem.
We don't expect you to show up on day one knowing everything. We have a comprehensive training program that will teach you proper mowing techniques, safe equipment operation, trimming and edging standards, and everything else you need to succeed in this role. What we can't teach is attitude, and that's what matters most to us. If you show up ready to work and ready to learn, we'll take care of the rest.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
We keep it simple. If you have a valid driver's license, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, you're already the kind of person we want on this team. A pre-employment drug screening is part of the process, but beyond that, we care a lot more about who you are than what's on your resume. We'd rather invest in someone who's reliable and eager to learn than someone with ten years of experience and a bad attitude. If that sounds like a fit, we want to hear from you.
