This is a high impact leadership opportunity for a proven business development professional who can open strategic doors and turn those doors into significant revenue growth opportunities. The Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing, securing, and expanding local, regional, and national account relationships that generate millions of dollars in revenue across multiple service verticals.
This position requires a highly polished, commercially minded relationship builder who can represent the company with confidence at the highest levels, while also ensuring partnerships transition smoothly into operations. The Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships will work closely with the President on strategic priorities, market opportunities, revenue planning, and cross functional collaboration. In addition to generating new business, this role will support onboarding alignment with the operations team and conduct periodic relationship health checks to proactively identify opportunities, communicate issues early, and strengthen long term account performance.

This position requires a candidate who can drive momentum, manage complexity, and follow opportunities all the way through to execution. They must own outcomes, stay organized, and ensure that high value opportunities do not die in the gap between discussion, internal handoff, and delivery.
