Tree Service Crew Member (Climber, Foreman, Ground Crew, or CDL Driver)
Our client is seeking experienced tree care professionals including Climbers, Foremen, Ground Crew, and CDL Drivers.

Compensation & Benefits
- Top pay based on experience and position:
- Climber $35.00 - $45.00
- CDL $26.00 - $35.00
- Non-CDL $22.00 - $25.00

Responsibilities
- Execute daily tree work safely and efficiently, operating as part of a highly professional crew.
- Resist rushed, volume-focused practices by maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and safety at all times.
- Operate and respect heavily invested, top-tier company equipment.
- Engage actively in continuous education and high-level training programs provided by the company.
- Take personal pride in all work completed on site.
- Transport equipment and personnel to job sites safely (applicable to CDL Driver roles).
Requirements
- Proven experience in the tree service industry, 3 years minumum.
- Direct experience in at least one of the following roles: Climber, Foreman, Ground Crew, or CDL Driver.
- A strong commitment to building a long-term career in the tree care industry.
- Dedication to stringent safety standards and professional conduct.
- Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing education.
