- Earning potential of $100K++ annually (base salary + commission + bonus)
- Monthly car allowance
- 4‑tier career path with clear advancement
- Best‑in‑class sales training and the industry’s most robust video learning library
- State‑of‑the‑art CRM, ERP, and BI tools for streamlined, paperless selling
- Innovative, portable sample systems that make selling easier

- Support from in‑house marketing, architectural design, and R&D engineering teams
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships through face‑to‑face selling

- Host lunch‑and‑learns and educational presentations
- Visit active commercial job sites and support projects from design through execution
- Leverage advanced technology and data tools to manage a long sales cycle
- Represent Techo‑Bloc as a trusted technical and design partner—not just a vendor
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, building materials, or related fields preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand design intent
- Comfort working with architectural and engineering firms
- Experience with tools like CMD, Insight, or Dodge Reports is a plus
- Strong organization, follow‑up, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable managing complex projects
