Job Title: Landscape or Irrigation Foreman
Job Summary
The Landscape/Irrigation Foreman is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. This role serves as the primary on-site leader and liaison between crew members, management, and clients. We service Northern Virginia and Front Royal/Winchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crew members on job sites
- Plan daily tasks and assign work to meet project timelines
- Ensure quality workmanship on maintenance and installation projects
- Operate and oversee the use of tools, equipment and machinery
- Train, motivate, and support crew members
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate with management and clients regarding job progress
- Load materials, manage job-site organization, and maintain cleanliness
- Track time, materials, and job progress as required
Qualifications
- 2+ years of landscaping or irrigation experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of landscape or irrigation maintenance and/or installation practices
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license (required)
