About the Position
This versatile role is designed to strengthen lead generation efforts while enhancing brand visibility and streamlining operations. The Sales & Marketing Administrator will act as the connector between sales, operations, and clients, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial inquiry to project kickoff. Ideally, the successful candidate will be equally skilled in driving new business opportunities, managing digital marketing, and delivering high-level administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Drive Lead Generation: Proactively generate new residential landscape leads through digital outreach, referrals, and local networking initiatives.
- Manage Client Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, managing inbound inquiries and ensuring timely, professional follow-up.
- Support Sales Operations: Qualify prospects, schedule consultations for the design team, and maintain accurate pipeline reporting and conversion metrics.
- Oversee Digital Marketing: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and assist in content creation, including project highlights and client testimonials.
- Brand & Reputation Management: Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, manage online listings, and monitor reviews to support reputation management efforts.
- Administrative Coordination: Support internal operations through scheduling, documentation, light billing coordination, and general office administration.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or office administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is highly valued.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for client coordination and content creation.
- Organization: Must be highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction, landscaping, or home services is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Target Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
