Our client is seeking an experienced Lawn and Plant Health Care Technician to accurately diagnose and treat pests, diseases, and health issues affecting local trees, shrubs, and turf. The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality, safe, and specialized treatments, ensuring that all work is done correctly rather than resorting to rushed, volume-focused practices.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex health issues affecting trees, shrubs, and turf, specifically identifying insects, pathogens, and environmental stressors.
- Administer fertilizers, pesticides, and other specialized plant treatments safely and accurately.
- Prioritize impeccable work quality and strict safety protocols over volume-based speed on every job site.
- Operate, respect, and maintain heavily invested, top-tier company machinery.
- Execute routine pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections, clean machinery, and promptly report any mechanical needs.
- Participate actively in continuous education and high-level training programs provided by the employer.
- Take immense personal pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining professional conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Lawn and Plant Health Technician.
- Demonstrated expertise in chemical mixing, safe handling, equipment calibration, and rigorous use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong dedication to building a long-term career within the tree care industry.
- Unwavering commitment to maintaining stringent safety standards and avoiding corner-cutting practices.

Compensation & Benefits
