Residential Landscape Account Manager
Our client is seeking a highly coachable and motivated professional to build exceptional trust with high-end residential homeowners. In this role, you will be mentored by senior staff while overseeing a portfolio of luxury properties to ensure impeccable landscape presentation and long-term plant health.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 100 to 150 properties, delivering high-touch interactions for 20 to 30 top-tier clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess overall landscape conditions, service quality, and seasonal needs.
- Identify potential issues and presentation gaps proactively, addressing them before the homeowner requests assistance.
- Coordinate seamlessly with field teams and external vendors to ensure all work meets uncompromising aesthetic standards.
- Drive property enhancement opportunities by making thoughtful horticultural recommendations that elevate the landscape.
- Lead quarterly reviews and seasonal planning conversations to secure account retention and grow long-term relationship value.
Requirements
- Possess a foundational background in residential landscape management or horticulture.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of plant identification, seasonal care requirements, and common landscape challenges.
- Exhibit a polished and personable presence capable of building rapid trust with luxury clientele.
- Showcase exceptional organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up items simultaneously.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills across various channels, including email and in-person meetings.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000.
- Performance Incentive: Target 15% of base salary, tied to portfolio retention and enhancement revenue.
