Native Landscapes & Gardens is seeking an experienced, motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead residential landscape and hardscape installation projects from start to finish.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing crews in the field, maintaining job quality and efficiency, communicating with clients and management, and ensuring projects are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, problem solving, team development, and creating exceptional outdoor spaces.

We’re looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of projects, communicates well with both clients and crews, and genuinely cares about delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate is dependable, solutions-oriented, and capable of keeping projects organized and moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage landscape construction crews on residential projects
Oversee installation of hardscape, softscape, drainage, grading, lighting, and related landscape features
Read and interpret landscape plans, layouts, and measurements
Coordinate daily jobsite logistics, materials, equipment, and workflow
Maintain high standards for workmanship, efficiency, and jobsite cleanliness
Train and mentor crew members while promoting accountability and teamwork
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and company leadership
Identify and solve field issues proactively to keep projects moving forward
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Track labor hours, progress updates, and project needs accurately

Qualifications

5+ years of landscape construction experience preferred
Previous crew leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of landscape and hardscape installation practices
Experience operating landscape equipment and tools safely
Ability to read landscape designs and construction layouts
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism and accountability
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license required
