Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a fleet of approximately 30 trucks (mostly Ford F-250, F-550, and F-750 styles) and 60 front-end loaders.
- Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and repairs on both diesel and gas trucks.
- Diagnose and repair 12-volt wiring systems, which is a large and critical part of the daily job.
- Service specialized winter equipment, including snow plows and salt spreaders, to ensure operational readiness.
- Work primarily in the state of the art, heated shop, while maintaining a willingness to transition to outdoor, cold, wet, and dirty conditions when necessary.
Requirements
- High proficiency in 12-volt wiring and an understanding of the basic parameters of hydraulic and air brake systems.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, along with the ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Willingness to work in the winter during snow events, including weekends, holidays, and necessary overtime (weather dependent).
- Must be an independent thinker who is personable, possesses good communication abilities, and aligns with company values.
- Preferred Qualifications: Mechanic certifications, basic welding and torching ability, some snow and ice management experience, and ownership of your own tools (which is a compensation consideration).
