This vital Recruiter role is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment of seasonal and permanent staff, ensuring operational readiness during peak seasonal transitions. In this role, you’ll actively respond to applicants, screen candidates, and hire essential team members, while also supporting human resources with onboarding processes. During the summer season, this position pivots to assist the sales team with prospective new clients and companies.

Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts by responding to applicants, screening candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Hire critical winter personnel, including snow shovelers, salt truck drivers, loader operators, and subcontractors.
- Manage seasonal team member recruitment to meet the high demands of the winter season.
- Assist the Human Resources department with seamless employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with the sales team during the summer months to engage prospective new clients and companies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and candidate screening.
- Green Industry or Snow & Ice Management experience is considered ideal for this role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is strictly required.
- Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Availability to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm from October through January.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary.
