Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Roswell, GA, for an Enhancements Crew Member. The role involves assisting with landscape enhancement projects, performing planting, mulching, and pruning tasks, and ensuring all work meets company standards. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

Proficiency in landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mulching, and general horticultural practices
Experience in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
Understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow safety protocols
Teamwork and collaboration abilities, along with strong communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields preferred
Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials when required
