As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our residential maintenance customers, focusing on client retention, enhancement sales, and quality assurance.
This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality outcomes for all client services through consistent quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities
Manage sales of enhancement projects and renewals with existing clients, preparing estimates, and closing sales.
Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profit goals for the enhancement sales division.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and outstanding customer service. Troubleshoot and address customer questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure client properties are maintained to high standards by monitoring maintenance agreements and inspecting sites regularly.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure quality outcomes for all maintenance clients, including formulating long-range plans and providing feedback on quality assurance outcomes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate.
5 years of related experience in landscape management or a similar field.
Proven track record of successful sales and client retention.
3+ years of personnel and project management experience.
Broad knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction.
Proficient in technology and software relevant to the role.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both spoken and written.
Valid driver's license.
