We're looking for
full-time installers interested in learning new trade skills, traveling around the state, and working outdoors in the fresh air. You'll work with a skilled team and follow project layouts to install artificial grass and make a positive impact on customers.
Pay: Our Turf Landscaping Installation Technicians make
$18.00 - $30.00/hour based on experience and skill set.
Schedule: This position works from
7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available, and some travel is required.

You'll Hit The Ground Running With Duties Such As
- Communicating with team members and using various tools/equipment to handle all aspects of the installations
- Traveling to job sites throughout Michigan
- Following all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards
- Reading project plans and preparing job sites (including grading, excavation, compacting, and base installation)
- Cutting, seaming, securing, and trimming turf according to project layouts and measurements
- Installing edging, infill, drainage components, and other accessories
- Maintaining a neat work area
What Do You Need To Become a Turf Landscaping Installation Technician?
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physical labor involving lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a cohesive team
- Strong work ethic and solid attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn more and participate in turf installation training
- Willingness to travel throughout the state as needed
- PREFERRED - reliable transportation
- PREFERRED - experience operating small equipment like Dingos
- PREFERRED - Construction, landscaping, or hardscape experience
