Are We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to join our tree yard operations. This role bridges the gap between sales and field operations, ensuring customer orders are allocated accurately and processed efficiently across our 100+ acre nursery.

What You'll Do
- Allocate and prepare tree orders (B&B and container) for customer pickup or delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records across our 100+ acre yard
- Inspect and tag tree material to ensure top quality before shipment
- Communicate with sales staff on availability, substitutions, and order updates
- Assist customers during visits — guiding them through the yard and answering questions • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth logistics and timely shipments
- Identify and resolve any inventory or order discrepancies proactively • Effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of trees, shrubs, and horticultural terms (training provided)
- Spanish language skills are a plus
