Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Landscape Maintenance, Construction, and Snow & Ice Management. Located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, the Sales Manager will oversee client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage contracts for commercial landscaping and snow management services. Key responsibilities include preparing bids, negotiating contracts, developing client partnerships, and ensuring services align with customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Commercial Landscaping, Snow & Ice Management, and Contract Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Identify New Business Opportunities
- Excellent Organizational, Time Management, and Leadership Skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant software
- Prior experience in the landscaping or property management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
