Location: Catonsville, Maryland (Serving Arbutus, Columbia, Ellicott City, Eldersburg, Elkridge, Sykesville, and nearby communities)

Position Overview
The Landscape Account Manager manages client relationships, contract renewals, and enhancement sales, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and business growth, while coordinating with production and project teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and at high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Experience Management
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Conduct regular property walks, client meetings, and site inspections to monitor service quality and compliance with contract scopes.
- Address and resolve client issues proactively by evaluating concerns and developing solutions.
- Communicate seasonal services, enhancements, and potential opportunities clearly with clients.
Enhancement Sales & Business Growth
- Identify, propose, and sell enhancements and upsells to improve property aesthetics and functionality.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations for enhancement and installation projects.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure successful execution of enhancement projects.
- Maintain and grow revenue within the existing client portfolio through relationship-building and referrals.
Operations & Quality Control
- Coordinate with crews, production, and project managers to ensure services meet quality standards and scope.
- Track job progress, oversee field operations, and ensure margins meet company targets.
- Train, motivate, and hold maintenance crew members accountable.
- Evaluate crew performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Contract Management & Retention
- Manage contract renewals, demonstrating service value and updating scopes of work as needed.
- Monitor client satisfaction through surveys, referrals, and direct feedback.
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competition to support account growth and renewals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications
- 3–5 years in account or project management, preferably in landscaping or related services.
- Strong estimating, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and field teams effectively.
- Valid driver’s license required.
