Turf Doc Landscaping is a growing landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Baltimore Metro region. We are seeking a motivated Landscape Sales Manager to help grow our landscaping services, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
This role combines sales, estimating, client relationship management, and project coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in landscaping, horticulture, or outdoor service industries and enjoys helping properties reach their full potential.
Turf Doc currently services hundreds of residential and commercial properties, creating strong opportunities for enhancement sales and long-term client relationships.

Core Responsibilities
Sales & Estimating
• Meet with homeowners and property managers to provide landscaping estimates
• Measure properties and prepare proposals for landscaping services
• Sell services including mulch installation, plantings, drainage solutions, landscape cleanups, seasonal services, and hardscape projects
• Follow up with leads and close new landscaping work

Commercial Business Development
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
• Conduct property walkthroughs and site inspections
• Prepare proposals for landscaping maintenance and enhancement projects
• Identify opportunities for new commercial landscaping contracts

Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
• Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for additional work
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
• Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions with operations teams

Project Coordination & Quality Oversight
• Communicate project scope with production teams
• Coordinate scheduling and materials with field supervisors
• Visit job sites to ensure work meets quality standards
• Provide project updates to clients and ensure projects are completed on time

Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 depending on experience
Commission:
3% commission on landscaping enhancement sales
Strong performers have the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through commissions.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, construction, or outdoor service sales
• Experience working with commercial properties or property managers preferred
• Knowledge of plants, landscape installations, and outdoor services preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred to communicate with both clients and field crews.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the Baltimore Metro and Washington DC Metro regions
• Comfortable conducting property walkthroughs and job site inspections
