Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 annually.

Responsibilities
- Execute landscape plant and bed maintenance, including scheduled and on-call pruning, weeding, cutbacks, and clean-ups.
- Drive plant installation requests and maintain planters on residential and commercial properties.
- Communicate professionally with customers on a daily basis to manage service expectations and explain processes.
- Recommend additional company services to customers based on their specific property needs.
- Work effectively as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member while caring for client properties.
- Participate in continuous on-the-job training covering all aspects of the services provided.
Requirements
- Must possess at least 2 years of experience in landscape plant maintenance or a degree in horticulture or a related green industry field.
- Demonstrated expertise in specific plant identification and bed maintenance, rather than just basic mowing skills.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have the ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles per day.
- Must meet strict, professional, clean-cut appearance standards within a non-tobacco organizational culture.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check for this safety-sensitive position.
