DreamLawn Powered by Holganix is seeking a Lawn Production Manager to lead our lawn care operations team and ensure exceptional service delivery across all customer accounts. This role is responsible for managing daily production activities, supporting and developing field technicians, optimizing routing efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
- Schedule lawn care treatments and services
- Review technician routes and workloads for efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical support and coaching to field technicians
- Monitor product inventory and chemical usage
- Track daily production metrics and send performance reports
- Ensure safety, service quality, and company standards are followed
Weekly Responsibilities
- Conduct field ride-alongs and quality assurance audits
- Address and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Review service revisits and implement corrective actions
- Communicate operational updates through the weekly "State of the Business – Lawn" report
- Coach team members on performance and service quality expectations
Monthly Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with each team member
- Perform performance review discussions and development planning
- Evaluate team productivity, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction trends
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Seasonal Responsibilities
Spring
- Lead seasonal onboarding and technician training
- Optimize routes for peak production
- Oversee pre-emergent application scheduling and execution
Summer
- Monitor turf disease activity and treatment recommendations
- Conduct mid-season quality audits and technician development
Fall
- Coordinate aeration and seeding operations
- Ensure completion of seasonal services
- Lead year-end production wrap-up and planning initiatives
Success Measures
The Lawn Production Manager will be expected to consistently achieve:
- Team production on-time rate of 90% or higher
- Monthly labor cost maintained below 16%
- Service revisit rate below 2%
- Technician documentation accuracy of 100%
- Zero missed seasonal deadlines
- High levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Leadership or management experience in lawn care, landscaping, service operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work outdoors and perform field inspections as needed
- Experience with lawn fertilization, weed control, and turf management
- Experience using RealGreen or similar operational software
- State pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one
