Evolve Landscaping is growing, and we're hiring Landscape Maintenance & Construction Crew Members to join our team.
Whether you have landscaping experience or are looking for an opportunity to learn the industry, we're looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing quality work and want to be part of a strong team.
What You'll Do
Depending on your position and crew, you'll help maintain and improve commercial properties throughout the RDU area.
Landscape Maintenance
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds
- Mulching and seasonal landscape work
- Keeping commercial properties clean and looking their best
- Safely operating and maintaining landscape equipment
Landscape Construction
- Installing trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and other landscape materials
- Preparing soil, grading, and preparing installation areas
- Assisting with drainage and other landscape construction projects
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe jobsites
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of landscape work
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required for every position
- Valid driver's license is a plus
