Job Title: Skilled Landscaping Crew Member
Ayopa Inc. is hiring experienced landscaping workers to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who understand the basics of professional landscaping and take pride in doing the job correctly.
This position is for skilled landscaping work, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weed control, trash pickup, basic property cleanup, and maintaining commercial and municipal properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and basic landscaping tools
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing commercial properties
- Keeping properties clean, professional, and presentable
- Following instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Reporting equipment issues, safety concerns, or property issues
- Working outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Showing up on time and ready to work each scheduled day
Preferred experience:
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Experience using commercial landscaping equipment
- Ability to work well with a crew
- Ability to follow directions and complete assigned work
- Reliable transportation to report to work
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
