Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Orlando, FL. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their landscaping needs are met with excellent service and attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, coordinating with operations teams, creating proposals, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for additional services, contribute to business growth, and act as a liaison between clients and the service team.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management skills, including strong communication, relationship-building, and client service expertise
- Project Management skills, such as planning, scheduling, and coordinating landscaping projects
- Operational Knowledge, including understanding of landscaping services such as design, maintenance, irrigation systems, and horticulture practices
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities to address client issues and operational challenges effectively
- Organizational and Time Management skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in commercial landscaping, property management, or a related industry is highly beneficial
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company with confidence and integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site visits
