Sales Manager - Reclamation & Landscaping
An exciting opportunity is available for a driven Sales Manager to serve as the engine of growth. The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue across the reclamation, residential/commercial landscaping, and large/special projects divisions. This position is strictly focused on the sales cycle—identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing contracts—allowing the successful candidate to rely on internal division managers for technical design and production execution.

Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new business within the environmental reclamation and commercial/residential landscaping sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle to meet or exceed a combined annual new revenue goal of $6,000,000.
- Collaborate intimately with internal Division Managers to ensure all client proposals are technically accurate and priced for profitability.
- Maintain a rigorous pipeline of qualified leads and log all client interactions within the company CRM, such as LMN.
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to production by transferring all project documentation and scope details during a comprehensive hand-off meeting.
- Represent the brand professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build market visibility.
Requirements
- Prior industry experience in construction or landscaping is highly preferred to effectively navigate technical jargon and communicate with industry professionals.
- Proven ability to target and build relationships with general contractors, developers, municipalities, and large-scale pipeline clients.
- Must be self-motivated, capable of independent work, and adept at managing client relationships without daily oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to shift client conversations away from a "lowest price" mentality to emphasize long-term ROI, risk mitigation, and superior quality.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites and industry events, which may account for up to 30% of the time.
- Must reside within a 45-to-50-minute drive of the company's office in Eden.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Commission structure of 2% of the contract value for each project sold, with anticipated total compensation reaching between $150,000 and $175,000 for a successful salesperson.
- Remote work flexibility, as much of the time will be spent meeting directly with clients.
