About The Role
When infrastructure grows, backyards often suffer. At Grass Plus, we work with builders and homeowners to take the chaos of torn-up yards, damaged grading, and broken irrigation systems and restore them into outdoor spaces people can enjoy again.
We are hiring a
Landscape Repair Manager to lead this work in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in the transformation, knows how to solve problems on-site, and can lead a crew to deliver repairs that look seamless and lasting. You will own projects from assessment through final walkthrough and play a major role in turning a stressful homeowner experience into a positive one.
What You'll Do
- Own landscape repair and restoration projects from initial site assessment through final walkthrough
- Diagnose and repair complex irrigation and sprinkler systems disrupted by construction activity
- Oversee grading, soil preparation, planting, and landscape restoration to ensure a clean, cohesive finish
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a field crew while maintaining high standards for efficiency, safety, and craftsmanship
- Adapt to changing site conditions and solve problems quickly with sound judgment in the field
- Coordinate with homeowners, builders, and internal team members to keep projects moving smoothly
- Maintain professional, organized job sites and ensure work reflects Grass Plus quality standards
- Operate small equipment and haul a truck and trailer as needed for project execution
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in irrigation install and repair, grading, and landscape restoration
- Strong understanding of plant health, soil preparation, and how to blend repairs into existing landscapes
- Proven ability to lead a crew and teach others in the field
- Comfortable operating small equipment and hauling a trailer
- High-ownership mindset with the ability to assess problems, build a plan, and execute without constant supervision
- Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful approach with homeowners and team members
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to doing the job right the first time
