Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on leader to supervise a 2–3 person crew. You will be the primary engine driving the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of complex landscape construction projects.
- Primary Responsibilities:

Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end installation of premium landscape beds, paver patios, natural stone retaining walls, intricate drainage systems, and outdoor living features.

Equipment Mastery: Expertly operate and oversee the daily maintenance of excavators, skid steers, power saws, grinders, and laser levels.

Digital Management: Accurately track job progress, material usage, and crew hours using LMN (Landscape Management Software) or similar mobile applications.

Logistics & Prep: Review daily schedules, load trucks with necessary materials, and lead team members to job sites ensuring timely arrival and efficient setup.

Fleet & Shop Upkeep: Maintain a "client-ready" professional appearance for all company vehicles and equipment; organize the shop area daily after work completion.

Winter Operations: Support and lead snow removal operations during the winter season as required.
- Qualifications:

3–5 years of professional experience in landscape installation with a focus on hardscaping.

2+ year of experience in a supervisory or "lead" capacity.
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency with natural stone and man-made pavers for walls and outdoor living areas.
- Availability for 40–50 hours per week (Mon–Thu, with occasional Fri/Sat).
- Valid Driver’s License (must be insurable under company policy).
Pay range will be based on experience and average in the area.
