We are a growing landscape design-build company specializing in high-end outdoor living, hardscapes, and custom landscape installations throughout North Georgia.
We are looking for a strong Operations Manager to lead daily field operations, manage installation crews, and coordinate projects from design through installation.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks like an owner and wants to help build and scale a company—not just manage jobs.
For the right leader, this position offers a clear path to equity or ownership based on measurable performance and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
• Oversee daily operations of landscape and hardscape installation crews
• Coordinate project execution from design plans to field installation
• Manage scheduling, materials, equipment, and labor
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality
• Lead and mentor crew leaders and field staff
• Improve systems and workflow to support company growth
• Work directly with ownership to scale operations and increase revenue
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or design-build project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read landscape design plans and translate them into field execution
• Someone who takes ownership of results and team performance
