The Role:
We are looking for a Crew Leader / Driver who will lead by example, ensure jobs run smoothly, and safely transport crew and equipment to and from job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll work alongside your team, guiding them while also doing physical work.
What We’re Looking For:
• Valid, in-date driver’s license with a clear driving record (required).
• Dependable and on time every day — ready to work.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Previous landscaping or crew leadership experience preferred, but we’ll train the right motivated person.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a career, not just take a job.
