We are seeking a results-driven Landscaping Manager to lead operations, drive new business growth, and manage landscape projects from start to finish. This role combines project management, team leadership, and business development, with clear accountability for quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing local landscaping business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage landscape projects from initial client engagement through final close-out
- Lead daily field operations, crews, and supervisors
- Support new business development, client relationships, and referrals
- Plan schedules, labor, materials, and resources to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and margins to increase profitability
- Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing team members
- Ensure quality workmanship, job site organization, and safety compliance
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of landscaping, construction, or project management experience
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Business-minded with an understanding of pricing, margins, and growth
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between job sites
