This Landscape and Lawn Care Sales role focuses on driving business growth by assessing client needs and selling a comprehensive range of landscaping, lawn care, and property maintenance services. Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $45,000–$60,000, plus a 3% commission structure.
- Total estimated potential: $70,000–$95,000 based on $750K–$1.1M in sales volume.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to new and existing client requests to assess their property needs, with absolutely no cold calling required.
- Evaluate, propose, and design a full range of maintenance and installation services to meet customer goals.
- Sell diverse service packages that include landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, and snow and ice management.
- Promote additional specialized offerings, such as pest control, tree and shrub work, and handyman projects.
- Communicate job specifications and project details clearly between the client and the internal production team to ensure quality execution.
Requirements
- Possess prior professional experience working within the Green Industry.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of general landscape maintenance, plant identification, pruning, hardscaping design, and lawn care.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and creativity to effectively help clients envision their ideal outdoor spaces.
- Maintain strong multitasking abilities to handle various project estimates simultaneously.
- Commit to ongoing professional training to meet ISA Certified Arborist and OCNT Landscape Certification standards.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
