Responsibilities
- Direct and manage a dedicated hardscape crew to construct luxury outdoor environments and service residential properties.
- Operate company trucks, trailers, and specialized heavy machinery safely on a daily basis.
- Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and functional integrity of all assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Instruct and mentor new crew members on safety protocols, industry best practices, and proper hardscape installation techniques.
- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and premium service to ensure every residential project exceeds quality standards.
- Execute supplementary operational duties on-site to support overall project success and company goals.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Chauffeur's License, which is strictly required for this position.
- Demonstrate proven, hands-on professional experience in hardscape construction and installation.
