This dynamic role centers on safe and efficient tree care operations, encompassing tree removals, pruning, and rigging support on active job sites. The successful candidate will operate essential machinery like chainsaws, chippers, and mini-skids, working closely as a trusted team member to execute daily projects efficiently.

We are seeking experienced tree care professionals including Climbers, Foremen, Ground Crew, and CDL Drivers.

Responsibilities

Execute tree removals, pruning, and rigging support on active daily job sites.
Operate tree care equipment, including chainsaws, wood chippers, and mini-skids safely and effectively.
Maintain rigorous safety habits and demonstrate a continuous respect for on-site safety protocols.
Collaborate efficiently with the team to ensure reliable, consistent, and timely job completion.
Operate aerial lifts, bucket trucks, or assist in crane-assisted jobs depending on the specific assigned role.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the tree service industry.
Direct experience in at least one of the following roles: Climber, Foreman, Ground Crew, or CDL Driver.
Demonstrated proficiency in operating chainsaws, chippers, and mini-skids.
Proven physical capability, a strong work ethic, and a sense of hustle and urgency.
Highly reliable attendance and the ability to take direction, be coachable, and remain accountable.
Preferred Qualifications: Climbing experience, bucket truck/lift experience, or an active Class A CDL.
