We are looking for a hands-on Landscape Foreman to lead custom installation teams. In this critical role, you will coordinate closely with project management while taking full ownership of job site production, quality assurance, and the daily safety of your crew.

Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor field crews to ensure the flawless execution of high-end landscape installations.
- Perform and oversee a wide range of outdoor construction tasks, encompassing hardscaping, irrigation systems, grading, drainage, and softscape planting.
- Analyze architectural blueprints and project specifications to guarantee the site work perfectly matches the intended design.
- Coordinate daily schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and track team productivity to meet crucial project deadlines.
- Partner with Project Managers to provide routine status updates, manage material logistics, and submit accurate daily reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in the landscape construction or outdoor installation industry.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing field teams or functioning as a senior/lead installer.
- Comprehensive understanding of premium landscape materials, proper horticultural practices, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in deciphering complex site layouts, elevations, and professional landscaping blueprints.
- Competence in operating standard landscaping machinery alongside a strong grasp of occupational safety standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with the interpersonal skills necessary to motivate and guide a diverse crew.
- Possession of an active, valid driver’s license.
