Our client is seeking a Vactor Truck Operator responsible for driving and operating equipment in a specialized construction support service position. The role is physically demanding but extremely rewarding, as your success directly impacts the environment and quality of water in your community.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $32.00 - $38.84 / Hr.

- Standard schedule begins at 6:30/7:00 am at the shop, running through the day until 2:00/3:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate trucks and equipment, completing necessary pre-trip preparations and post-trip clean up.
- Clean catch basins, manholes, and crawl spaces, as well as perform hydro-excavation and other assigned duties.
- Conduct all duties safely and maintain safety awareness at all times.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer service-focused demeanor.
- Act as a proactive team player who leads by example.
Requirements
- Requires at least 1 year of recent work experience as a CDL Class B driver.
- Must possess a valid CDL Class A or B , with the ability to add a Tanker Endorsement if needed.
- Must have the ability to acquire a DOT health card and maintain insurable status under the company auto policy.
- Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions on a year-round basis.
- Must be proficient with mobile technology, including iPads, laptops, and email.
- Must pass a drug testing program that includes marijuana, as this is a safety-sensitive position operating DOT-regulated vehicles.
- Requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
