The Lawn Fertilization Technician will lead and operate a lawn care crew dedicated to providing top-tier fertilizer and weed control applications. Reporting to the operations leadership team, the primary objective of this role is to deliver excellent service while coaching crew members and maintaining high safety, quality, and efficiency standards year-round.

Responsibilities
- Operate and manage a lawn care crew focused on applying fertilizer and weed control to client properties.
- Coach, teach, and mentor crew members to foster continuous team development and operational excellence.
- Deliver high-quality landscaping and lawn care services with a focus on integrity and efficiency.
- Address client questions and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Transition to snow and ice management duties during the winter months to support year-round operational needs.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of lawn fertilizer and weed control application methods and best practices.
- Prior professional experience in the lawn care, turf management, or landscaping industry is highly preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective, on-the-spot problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
