Turf Jockeys is hiring Seasonal Landscape Installers to join our growing team in Eaton Rapids. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on work, enjoys being outside, and is ready to learn valuable skills in the landscape construction industry.
No previous experience is required. If you bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and dependability, we will teach you the rest.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation of patios, walkways, planting beds, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living features
- Load and unload materials such as pavers, stone, mulch, and tools
- Prepare job sites by digging, raking, grading, and cleaning work areas
- Learn how to use landscaping tools and basic equipment safely
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Work closely with foremen and crew leaders to complete projects efficiently
- Represent Turf Jockeys with professionalism and a positive attitude on every job
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Dependability, punctuality, and respect for coworkers and clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required
