What You'll Do
- As a Landscape Installer, you'll be at the heart of executing high-end, custom landscape construction projects.
- Install complex features: Pavers, stonework, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, water features, and more.
- Operate equipment: Skid steers, saws, laser levels, loaders (operation experience preferred but not required).
- Read and execute plans: Interpret blueprints and keep projects on schedule and budget.
- Adapt on the fly: Work with project leads to navigate change orders and evolving site conditions.
- Maintain safety & quality: Uphold high standards at all times.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 3 - 5 years of professional landscape installation (custom or hardscape focus preferred)
- Skilled: Strong knowledge of construction math, plant materials, and hardscaping best practices.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic project budgeting
- Physically capable: Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various conditions
- Reliable: Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience
