Job Description
Our team members are the most important asset! We are seeking a results-driven Landscape Production Manager to lead and oversee landscape maintenance crews and landscape enhancement projects in Mobile for our commercial clients. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of landscape improvement, from development to execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines strong horticultural knowledge with leadership, operational, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Account Managers to understand client needs, offer creative solutions, and provide timely estimates and proposals to clients.
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of landscape enhancement projects, commercial maintenance, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion.
- Assist production and manage quality in landscape maintenance crews.
- Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and the Sales team to identify upsell opportunities and support ongoing client relationships.
- Develop and track project budgets, labor hours, materials, and overall profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits for quality assurance and project updates.
- Assist with plant selection, layout, and landscape design modifications as needed.
- Ensure all work is compliant with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance/ enhancement within the green industry.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
- Proven leadership and crew management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft; experience with landscape business management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) or similar industry certifications.
