Position Overview
JubileeScape is looking for a hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field production in the Mobile Metropolitan Area. This role is for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, lead people well, solve problems fast, and deliver high-quality work without babysitting.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development
Lead and supervise landscape construction crews
- Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
- Read blueprints and project plans
- Operate heavy equipment safely
- Oversee irrigation, low-voltage wiring, hardscape, grading, and planting work
- Monitor quality, productivity, and jobsite safety
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and jobsite stakeholders
- Train and develop crew members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape construction required
- Prior foreman, crew leader, or field leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read plans and execute work accurately in the field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
- Ability to lead crews in outdoor conditions and maintain production standards
- Valid driver’s license required, clean driving record required
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in physical outdoor environments regularly
