Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, edging, and sod installation
- Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and mowers
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader or Supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others
- Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required
- Working smartphone (may need to use apps)

Schedule
Typical workweek is Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime depending on project needs and weather conditions.
