Our client is seeking a Tree Climber & Landscape Foreman to perform landscaping installs that may require climbing for tree maintenance. During the winter months, this role transitions into the snow division to guarantee year-round employment.

Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform tree & shrub pruning and removing that requires climbing or aerial lift.
- Manage and oversee general landscaping installs and tear outs.
- Operate equipment such as skidsteers, mini excavators, tractors, hydro seeders, stump grinders, etc.
- Ensure all projects meet the company's high standards of quality, safety, and integrity.
- Transition to the snow and ice management division during winter months to support seasonal operations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years climbing experience.
- 2-3 years landscaping foreman or crew leader experience.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate equipment.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
