What You’ll Do
- Tree & shrub pruning & removal that includes climbing or an aerial lift
- General landscaping installs and maintenance
- Plant installs & tear outs
- Jobs that may require operating equipment like skidsteers, mini excavator, tractors, hydro seeders, stump grinders, etc.
- Snow removal in winter
Requirements
- 2-3 years of climbing experience
- 2-3 years of landscaping crew leader experience
- Knowledge of general landscape maintenance, plant ID & install, tree/shrub removal/stump grinding, seeding, pruning, and snow/ice management
- Strong multitasking & problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- $24-$32 an hour + 1.5 x over time + 3% commission on upsells
